Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort & Marina
A marina and boat launch on the Upper Newport Bay within the 110-acre resort; Duffy boat rentals are on site.
Why the house keeps it
We keep Newport Dunes because the Back Bay runs through it — a full marina with a published rate card, the harbor's only public launch ramp, and Duffy rentals for a slow circuit of the upper bay. It is the working end of Newport boating, kept to a resort standard.
