Mesa Verde Country Club
A member-owned private country club founded in 1959, with an 18-hole course, a tennis and pool complex and three dining rooms, per the club’s own description.
Why the house keeps it
We keep Mesa Verde because it is a complete member-owned club — founded in 1959, with its Billy Bell golf course, ten tennis courts, a pool complex and three dining rooms — and because it publishes its membership categories plainly: Full Golf Equity, Junior Golf for the under-40s, and Social Tennis. A serious club that still says what the doors are.

Membership & costs
The club publishes its categories, not its costs: Full Golf Equity · Junior Golf (non-equity, under age 40) · Social Tennis. Membership is by invitation only, per the club.
