CRC Marinas (Irvine Company)

Four Newport Harbor marinas under one operator — Balboa, Bayside, Bayshore and Villa Cove — with slips and end-ties from 20 to 120 feet. The four marinas together provide 455 slips, per The Log’s harbor guide.

Why the house keeps it

We keep CRC Marinas because four of the harbor's marinas — Balboa, Bayside, Bayshore and Villa Cove, 455 slips between them — answer to one operator and one standard. Slips and end-ties run from 20 to 120 feet; when a member asks where the harbor keeps its boats, this is most of the answer.
